Welcome to Twittner. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Twittner platform, including our website at twittner.com, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that you accept and agree to comply with these Terms. Twittner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify Twittner immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Twittner reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Twittner ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Twittner a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and adapt your content in connection with operating and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Service:

Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or threatening.
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation.
Distributing spam, malware, or other harmful material.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Twittner systems.
Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers without prior written consent.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Engaging in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Twittner and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without Twittner's express written permission.

6. Termination

Twittner may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Twittner does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Twittner does not endorse or assume responsibility for any User Content posted on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Twittner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall Twittner's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Twittner, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Twittner operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
